What we collect
Account identifiers, contact details, saved places, itineraries, user-approved preferences, support messages, consent records, transaction references, and security logs needed to provide Localcity.
Why and how long
We process data to deliver requested services, secure accounts, fulfil purchases, answer support requests, and send opted-in updates. Newsletter data is retained until unsubscribe; active account data until deletion; transaction records for the legally required accounting period; security logs for up to 180 days unless investigation requires longer.
Processors and transfers
Localcity may use Clerk, Supabase, OpenAI, Razorpay, Resend, Vercel, PostHog, Sentry, Open-Meteo, Google Maps Platform, and contracted content providers. On-demand Google Maps content is handled under the Google Privacy Policy. Provider processing may occur outside India subject to their terms and applicable safeguards.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, export, erasure, consent withdrawal, or grievance review. Non-essential analytics stay disabled until consent. Email requests go to not configured yet; identity verification may be required. Production launch requires this contact to be a real monitored mailbox.
